Simmered Lotus Root

How to make

  1. The lotus root is peeled thickly.
  2. Put grated radish, guinea pepper in boil for removing harshness.
  3. pull out boiled lotus root and chilled.
  4. After chilled lotus roots, washed water and squeeze a tightly.
  5. Mix 18 cup of Japanese soup stock, 1 cup of sweet sake, 0.5 cup of light color soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of salts, 1 cup of sake and simmer it.
  6. Wrap a bonito in gauze, and enter the pan.


After boiled cooking thing, wrap a bonito in gauze, enter the pan and cool it for all day.
