BAKED A FIG WITH TWO COLORS OF THE DENGAKU-MISO

Introduce a fig cooking with used a red miso-dengaku and a white miso dengaku.

Ingredients

  • Fig
  • White‐Miso
  • Aka‐Miso
  • Starch

Seasoning

  • Sweet Sake
  • Sugar
  • Japanese Sake
  • Rapeseed Oil

How To Mak

  1. Pare the fig’s skin, and cut it to half of the length.
  2. Fry the fig in the rapeseed oil of the medium heat.
  3. Spread hot water to the ②, after without oil, and squeeze the fig lightly.
  4. Make a Dengaku white bean (WHITE-MISO) and Dengaku red bean(RED-MISO).
  5. Arrange the Dengaku White Bean in the vessel.
  6. Spread the Dengaku Red Bean on ③, and roast it.
  7. Spread the Dengaku White Bean on ③, and roast it.
  8. Place ⑥ above ⑤, and place ⑦ above ⑥.
  9. Cut the red, green and yellow paprika ( 0.2 in )square, slender.
  10. Decorate ⑨ on the top of the Dengaku White Bean.
